Instaclustr Has Released the General Availability of Apache Cassandra® Version 4.0.9 and 3.11.14 on the Instaclustr Platform

Instaclustr has released the general availability of Apache Cassandra® version 4.0.9 and 3.11.14 on the Instaclustr Platform. 

Apache Cassandra® new versions 4.0.9 and 3.11.14 are now generally available on Instaclustr’s Managed Platform, maintaining the availability of the latest Cassandra application versions. These versions address bugs and CVEs — click here for Apache Cassandra 4 full release notes and click here for Apache Cassandra 3 full release notes. New and existing customers are recommended to use Apache Cassandra 4.0.9 for their clusters on Instaclustr’s Managed platform. Cassandra 4.0.9 for their clusters on Instaclustr’s managed platform. 

Instaclustr has also recently released a feature to provide customers with visibility of lifecycle status on the Instaclustr Managed Platform, with all applications versions, node sizes, and existing clusters now assigned a lifecycle policy state. You can quickly identify the lifecycle state of each application version of your clusters. This new feature ensures that we maintain the flexibility to allow you to test upgrades and integration paths on older application versions as well. Click here for more information.
